Elderflower · Jalapeño · Citrus

Considered
Indulgence.

Marine collagen and vitamin C, in a can built to be looked at twice.

Botanical apéritif · 0.0% ABV

01

Botanicals, not science.

Elderflower and citrus, cold-steeped — finished with a whisper of jalapeño heat. Nothing synthetic.

02

Function, without noise.

1,000 mg marine collagen and 80 mg vitamin C in every pour — dosed for benefit, not for the label.

03

Poured, not popped.

Built for the glass — a chilled coupe, a sugared rim, a minute you keep for yourself.

No Rush

Some drinks sprint.
This one hovers.

No caffeine spike, no sugar crash, no countdown. Aurix holds its weight the way the can holds light — quietly. Chill it, pour it, and let the evening idle a while.

In Good Company

The first can I’ve ever left on the bar on purpose.

Head bartender, London†

Heat where you expect sugar. It reads like a cocktail, not a soft drink.

Drinks writer†

Our guests order it by pointing at someone else’s.

Hotel bar manager†

Finally, a functional drink that doesn’t dress like a supplement.

Early member†

The pour is the point. Nobody chugs an Aurix.

Restaurant sommelier†

Elderflower up front, jalapeño at the door on the way out.

The Ritual

Best served poured, not popped.

The can is the beginning, not the vessel. One suggested serve — the one the animation just poured for you.

The Aurix Sour

  1. 01

Chill a coupe or martini glass. Sugar half the rim with the press of a lemon wheel.

  2. 02

Add a bar spoon of fresh lemon juice — and one large cube of ice, if you like it long.

  3. 03

Pour one can of Aurix slowly down the inside of the glass. Save the last inch for the top-up.

  4. 04

Garnish with the lemon wheel. Drink while it’s still talking.

† Suggested serve, pending the final house recipe.

FAQ

Asked, considered.

Aurix is a 0.0% ABV† sparkling botanical apéritif — built to be drunk straight, over ice, or as the backbone of a low-proof cocktail. All of the occasion, none of the proof.

Warmth, not fire. It sits behind the elderflower and citrus and shows up on the finish — closer to the gentle heat of a ginger beer than to hot sauce. You notice it most on the second sip.

Each can carries 1,000 mg of hydrolyzed marine collagen†, the form your body absorbs most readily, alongside 80 mg of vitamin C† — which contributes to normal collagen formation. Function, dosed quietly.

Keep it cold and out of direct light. Serve at 4–6°C — ideally poured into a chilled glass, which is rather the point.

Aurix is brewed and canned in small batches. Sourcing and production details will be published with the first release†.
